Account information

When you create an account, we store a username, display name, and the email associated with your sign-in. We use this to identify you in leaderboards, predictions, and profile pages.

Google authentication

Pelota supports signing in with Google. When you do, Google shares your email and basic profile information with us so we can create your account. We never receive your Google password.

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how the app is used (pages visited, features used, anonymous performance signals). This helps us improve Pelota. We do not sell analytics data.

Cookies & local storage

Pelota uses cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as theme), and support analytics. You can clear these at any time from your browser settings.

No betting, no gambling

Pelota is a free social prediction game. We do not offer betting odds, accept wagers, or pay out real-money prizes. Predictions on Pelota have no monetary value.
