By using Pelota you agree to these terms. They are intentionally simple.

What Pelota is

Pelota is an entertainment and social prediction platform. You make predictions on football matches, earn points, and compete with friends on leaderboards. It is a game, not a financial product.

No gambling or real-money betting

Pelota does not offer betting, odds, wagers, or real-money prizes. Predictions and points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.

User-generated predictions

Predictions you submit are your own and visible to other users in leaderboards and profiles. You are responsible for the content of your username, display name, and any text associated with your account.

Service availability

We work hard to keep Pelota online, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or that fixture data and results are always accurate or instant. The service is provided as-is.

Acceptable behavior

• Be respectful to other users.
• No harassment, hate speech, or impersonation.
• No attempts to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or other accounts.
• No automated scraping or abuse of the service.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or harm other users. You can also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
